Rev. Douglas W. Harris has been our Pastor since April 16, 2006. He and his wife, Dawnette, were married in January 1999. They have three boys, Dawson, Alan and Deven. Pastor Doug began preaching at 15 years of age. He and Dawnette have been in full time ministry together since 1999. They have been privileged to serve the Lord in several different areas before coming to Agnes Baptist Church. They have served as missionaries among the Navajo Indians of Arizona, as well as being Associate Pastor at the Temple Baptist Church in Dumas, TX and being Pastor of the Brazos Valley Baptist Church in Graham, TX. Pastor Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Arlington Baptist College and is pursuing his masters degree in Biblical Studies from Louisiana Baptist University. It is the desire of their family to plant deep roots in this community. They anticipate that the Lord will continue to do great things through the ministry of Agnes Baptist Church.
